Garcia and Associates employs a Diversity, Equity Inclusion (DEI) approach that is holistic and visibly integrated throughout every step and phase of our engagement. Our consultation, training and facilitation services are intentional and seamless with the goal of engaging the diverse stakeholders that you’d like to reach and integrate into your organization.

Most organizations today are identifying similar visions and goals related to diversity, equity and inclusion, however, most do not know where to begin. Researching and analyzing past and current organizational practices will clarify important data points and affirm or help prioritize tactics identified in your strategic plan.

One example is the vision to engage with communities historically underrepresented throughout your organization. Our experience indicates this is a significant undertaking and is not authentic nor sustainable unless organizations examine their own internal biases and understand the skill sets and cultural competency required of their policies and personnel.
